With the purchase of a Notebook, the whole unit and every part

warranty for any parts and components. The warranty period
begins on the day you first receive the units. Since we are

manufactures, it's very likely you would come across the need

Order Processing:
Every order is reviewed and processed by one of our
professional account managers. As a business, we know and

We are a US based Company, all our prices listed are that
in US dollar amount. If you choose to purchase in a different
currency, please select the currency that you would wish to

In the rare event of
your order consisting of a product that is SOLD OUT or OUT OF
STOCK we reserve the right to hold your order for up to 1-2
weeks until the item becomes available. After this time,
If the item is still not available, we will contact you to
determine an alternate item to send you, or issue a
refund. Please note: Because
of the rapid increase of online fraud and scams we prohibit
selling to "Nigeria" and certain sections of Africa (this
restriction of shipping orders to Africa was
placed by our local government & is a
federal violation to anyone who ships electronics in the
US to Nigeria. If you have placed an online order with us
and you currently live in Africa, please contact our support
team to verify that we are able to ship to your address.
Any orders placed that reflects an Nigeria
address as either being the billing or shipping address
for your order will be cancelled & reaccredited back
into your account. We ship no products until customers
orders are verified & processing is complete.
Fighting Fraud: Our fraud prevention tools help stop
invalid orders from being processed. After order processing if your
order has been flagged as fraudulent or your card was reported
lost or stolen, we will report any information collected on
our servers to law enforcement in the pursuit to prevent
chargeback's on our end. The credit card agency will also
be contacted to verify this information and you will be prosecuted to the
fullest extent of the law. This is all done to protect you,
the card holder and us from losing any

Accepted Payment Methods:
We do not accept Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Check or
COD's. We do accept all major credit cards. All

Payments are verified through our online merchant Paypal.
Paypal will only verify that you are the card holder and
take certain security precautions to prevent the misuse of
an unauthorized charge. You are not required to have a
Paypal account nor use your Paypal account to complete your
online order with us. If you are having difficultly
with making payment via credit card, you can choose to login
to your existing Paypal account to pay with your bank
account or other Paypal available funds.
We ship Worldwide. When you
submit an order using our online store checkout page the order
first goes through a processing stage and then through a
shipping stage before you can receive your order. Your order's
Total Delivery Time = Time to Process Order (3-5 business
days) + Time in Transit (shipping method you have chosen
during checkout). For all International
Orders there is an added 2-4 business days for
shipment of your order, as International Orders must
be sent directly from us and not from our
warehouses. Any delays that could possibly keep you from
receiving your order on time will be brought to your attention
immediately concerning the delay, as your awareness of any
delays is important for you to know and we will contact you
both via phone and email to let you aware of any problems or
delays we may encounter with your order.

Returns &
Exchanges: Please order carefully. All
sales for products that consist of being refurbished or used
are final. New products come with a warranty covered by
the manufacture as well as a 30 day return policy. There
is a 5 day return policy on all used notebook and a 22% restocking
fee for all returned items, shipping-handling-and other
charges are non-refundable. We do not provide any guarantee or
support with compatibility issues, internet, virus, and
software concerns. We offer warranties on certain items, if
you do receive the item and its defective, please contact our
