Buying over the Internet; When making purchases or other transactions through the Computers Enabled Site or any affiliated site, you may also be asked by the Merchant or information or service provider to supply certain information, Including credit card or other payment mechanisms. You agree that all information you provide any merchant or information or service provider through the Computers Enabled Site will be accurate and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you Or other users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanisms at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You also will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, if any, relating to purchases on our Site. Computers Enabled Inc. is in no way responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs when making purchases or other transactions in this manner.

5. Recourse; If you are dissatisfied with the Computers Enabled Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Computers Enabled Inc. in operating the Computers Enabled Site, your first solution is to let us aware of the this. Everything and anything within this agreement is unchangeable, if you feel at any point you are not able to uphold and meet the requirements of that is set within this agreement your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Computers Enabled Site.
6. Confidential Information; All your payment information during your checkout process can be assured kept confident and secure. Paypal is our online merchant that we use to verify each transaction. Paypal is a worldwide and overall better company when it comes to sending and receiving money via online. Please keep in mind though, that upon making payment you allow Paypal the right to authorize Computers Enabled Inc. to collect from any party and to retain all relevant information relating to your use of the Computers Enabled Site and payments made. We only obtain these records when we feel that your account maybe associated with a fraudulent account or other unverifiable that well feel is to question by anyone attempting to use anothers persons credit and you hereby authorize any party to provide us with such information. You understand and agree that unless you notify Computers Enabled Inc. to the contrary by e-mailing us, you further authorize Computers Enabled to disclose, on a confidential basis, to any party with whom Computers Enabled has business relations all relevant information relating to your dealings with us and the Computers Enabled Site in the case that your account has been given false account information.

Indemnity; You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Computers Enabled Inc. and its affiliate and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any Violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of the Computers Enabled Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the Computers Enabled Site or on the Internet by you or users of your existance upon your login information and payment.

Trademarks; Computers Enabled Inc. and other names, logos and icons identifying Computers Enabled Inc., and it’s products and services referenced herein are trademarks or registered trademarks of Computers Enabled Inc. All other product and/or brand or company names mentioned herein are the trademarks of their respective owners.
9. DISCLAIMER; No matter which laptop or computer related product you’re buying, our warranty ensures that your purchase with us is always worry free and backed by our no-hassle return options. Our products, including parts and labor are covered for the time period specified on the product information page at the time of purchase. Plus with selected laptops you also have the choice of buying an additional warranty. The warranty period will be effective starting from the date you actually receive your laptop. Every refurbished laptop computer that leaves our premises has been thoroughly evaluated and tested. This includes an extensive examination of all hardware components, a complete functional diagnostic test and a performance test, before cosmetically inspecting and cleaning each laptop for optimum appearance. In addition, many of our refurbished laptops are still under manufacturer warranty, which means you can get warranty assistance directly from the manufacturer. For extra peace-of-mind, you can go to the manufacturer’s website and enter the serial number from the bottom of your laptop to verify the remaining warranty of your notebook computer. Either way you will be covered by Computers Enabled Inc.’s warranty for the period as stated with your products description via its related page, should the manufacturer’s warranty expire beforehand. Once you contact us, we will first try to remedy the situation. In most cases a simple solution is close at hand. However, if we determine that Warranty Service is required, Computers Enabled Inc. will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for the customer. Computers Enabled will not process any warranty claim that has not been issued an RMA number first to obtain a RMA number you would need first to have spoken with a customer support team agent and have been able to qualify for this number (this number is important as it helps us log your problem for fast and easy solving when the laptop return back to us). You must be aware that you are responsible for the payment of shipping the laptop back to us on all warranty claims. You will then need to send the laptop back for repair. Shipping charges are non-refundable and if you ship your laptop back to us without first speaking with a support team agent and obtaining an RMA number, you laptop will be returned at your expense as we will not be help liable for any damages or shipping delays in having to resend the product back to you. You may choose any means of return shipping you wish. Obviously the quicker it gets to us, the quicker we can perform the warranty service. You must use a carrier with a tracking service and insure your return shipment so that there is no danger of loss or of further damage to your laptop. However we must reiterate that whatever shipping method you choose will be at your expense. Your customer support agent will be able to provide you with the information and how you should go about sending your return package to us.
UPGRADE POLICY
We understand that sometimes your needs change and the laptop you purchased no longer meets your requirements. If that's the case, please don't hesitate to call us and ask about the upgrade possibilities. Please note that the same shipping conditions apply as described above.
RETURN POLICY
Return for Refund: If you are not interested in store credit, you may return your laptop within 7 days of the date on your invoice, but your return must be authorized by one of our sales representatives and your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will not include shipping and will be based on the purchase price of the laptop ONLY.
For all Returns, please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping charges are at your expense
Credit will only be issued after we have verified that your laptop has been received in the condition in which it was sent
10. Miscellaneous; This Agreement, including any and all documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Computers Enabled Inc. and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof. Computers Enabled Inc. failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right. If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Georgia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
