Are these new laptops?

No. These are previously owned laptops, 100% working and in good condition

Where do you get your laptops from?

Our laptops are sourced from Electronic Recyclers, Big Box store returns, Corporate changeovers, and Public Auction Houses to name a few.

What happens if I have a problem?

If you have a hardware problem not related to misuse (broken screen, water damage) within a short time of purchase, we’ll take care of it. Virus infections can be eradicated at a reasonable fee.

How do you price your laptops?

Age, CPU level, addon features, cosmetic condition determine price.
